Students Leave for Australia and New Zealand
今年、本校から18名の生徒が留学プログラムに参加することを嬉しく思います。昨年の2倍以上の参加者となり、海外留学への関心が高まっていることを大変喜ばしく思います。
最初に出発した留学生は、7月10日に成田空港から出国しました。1名の生徒がオーストラリア・ブリスベンにあるサマービル・ハウスへ1か月半の留学に旅立ち、3名の生徒はニュージーランド・クライストチャーチのエイボンサイド・ガールズ・ハイスクールへ3か月の留学に向かいました。いずれの生徒も、初めての一人旅ということで緊張しながらも、期待に胸を膨らませていました。
全員無事に到着し、現在は新しい環境に慣れ始めています。次回の投稿では、彼らの現地での体験をご紹介しますので、ぜひご期待ください。
This year Mejiro Kenshin High School is happy to announce that 18 students have been chosen to participate in the study abroad program. With more than twice the number of students from last year, we are happy to see a growing interest in studying overseas.
The first group of Mejiro students to go abroad departed from Narita Airport on July 10th. 1 student left for Somerville House in Brisbane, Australia for a month and a half. 3 students headed to Avonside Girls High School for 3 months. All of them were both excited and nervous as it was their first time flying alone. They all made it safely and are now adjusting to their new lives.
