【オーストラリア】サマビルハウスより - H.S -
オーストラリアに来て、1ヶ月が経ちました。時が経つのはなんて早いのだろうと思っています。
私はサマビルハウスに来た時、とても驚きました。なぜなら、生徒は自分のパソコンを持っていたからです。そして、授業中使うことができます。生徒はほとんど、ノートを使いません。私は毎日新しい発見をしています。
スポーツフェスティバルに参加しました。生徒のチームは６つに分かれます。自分のチームメイトが行なう時は、応援歌を歌って応援します。日本の体育祭と違うので楽しかったです。
また、ロイヤルクイーンズランドショーにホストシスターと友達で行きました。オーストラリアの人はエッカと呼んでいます。沢山の動物を見ました。例えば、羊や馬、アヒルです。私は自分の意見を伝えたかったけれど伝えられず、とても悲しかったです。もっと英語を勉強するべきだなと思いました。将来のために頑張ります。

One month has passed since I came to Australia. How time flies! When I came to Somerville House, I was surprised because students have their own computers and they can use it during lessons. Almost all of them don't use notebooks in class. I find something new every day I spend here.
I took part in the sports festival. Students are divided into six groups. When my teammates did sports, we sang songs to support them. I enjoyed it because this festival is different from Japanese sports day. I went to the Royal Queensland Show with my host sister and her friends. Aussies call the show Ekka. I saw many animals there. For example, I saw sheep, horses, and ducks. I wanted to say what I thought, but I couldn't. I was very sad. I thought I should study English more. For my future, I will do my best.
