【カナダ】センチネルセカンダリースクールより - Y.W -
カナダに来てからもうすでに５ヶ月が経ちました。もうたくさんのインターナショナルスチューデントは彼らの国に帰ってしまいました。とても悲しいです。素晴らし人たちに出会うことができてとても嬉しかったです。世界中から来ているということもあり、文化の違いというのはたまに感じましたが、そういう経験もとても楽しかったです。
今年の冬休みはスキーをたくさんしました。近くの山から少し遠くの山までたくさん行きました。中でも印象的なのはウィスラー山でした。なぜならとても大きく美しかったからです。今年のバンクーバーは雪が例年よりも降ったそうです。
英語で自分の思ってることは１００％まだ伝えることができません。特に自分の英語のボキャブラリーの量が、同じように英語勉強している友達と比べると、とても少なく感じます。第二言語を学ぶというのはとても難しいです。なかなか計画通りにうまくポンポンと英語力は上がりません。とにかく、残り５ヶ月毎日を大切にして、カナダを存分に楽しみたいと思います。

I've been in Canada for 5 months. Time is flying by so fast. Many of my friends who are international students went back to their country 2 weeks ago, which is so sad, however, I'm glad to have met them because they are awesome people. In fact, when I hung out with them, I sometime felt kind of culture shock between me and them, but I could learn about some country's culture from them. By the way, I went skiing a lot this winter vacation. I went to Cypress Mountain, Whistler Mountain and Grouse Mountain. My favorite mountain is Cypress Mountain because the view there was so nice from the top of mountain. I've never seen that view in my entire life. Anyways, let me change topics to my English skill so far. I cannot tell people 100% of my feelings. I think it's because of vocabulary. My English vocabulary is not good compared to my friends who are also studying English as a second language. I've realized that it's so hard to learn English. My English hasn't improved as much as I expected. Anyway, I just have 5 months before I leave Canada, so I will enjoy life in Canada as much as I can!!
